TeamSpirit.IM - it the corporate mobile video messenger is created for communications between employees, the divisions, branches, subsidiary companies deleted with the enterprises and also with partners, suppliers and clients. TeamSpirit.IM is located on servers of your organization, but not in a cloud, and under your brand.

Spirit DSP offers the license for the text messenger in source codes, and the customer can modify source codes, integrate them with the applications and use according to the purposes and tasks, without additional assignments of Spirit.

Use of own corporate mobile video of the messenger, on servers of the company - an important component as for productivity of employees and working groups, and for security of information which can be the state or trade secret of TeamSpirit.IM is a uniform communication standard for all organization, the communication framework located on your servers under a brand of your company. On functionality of TeamSpirit.IM it is similar to WhatsApp, and at the same time it is compatible to VIDEOCONFERENCING iron, telephony and communication software as Microsoft Skype which was already purchased by the enterprises earlier because thanks to integration with the product Spirit VideoMost supports international standards of communication and popular open protocols (including SIP, H.323, XMPP, H.264, G.7xx, WebRTC, BFCP, H.239 and others). Safety is ensured by the TLS protocol. Work on the encoded GOST networks, thanks to integration with products of Infotecs VipNet and the Code of Security is also tested.

The complete version of TeamSpirit IM is deeply integrated with VKS the VideoMost server (which is also entering state register of domestic software) and allows to make HD of video calls and to carry out multi-user video conferences to 100 people in each online room. On the screen smartphone about 16 interactive videos by participants are visible. The staff of the organization from different divisions, offices and regions will always stay in touch, with a possibility of instant connection to office video conference from the smartphone. The technologies of scalable video of coding used at the heart of server solution of VideoMost provide high quality of voice and video communications for each user even in the conditions of unstable Wi-Fi/ 3G/4G of networks. Mobile video in TeamSpirit®IM is tested on hundreds of different models of cell phones under iOS and Android in dozens of the countries of Asia with bad communication channels.

For large state and commercial customers in the company the special offer works – SPIRIT provides for free testing the TeamSpirit.IM messenger for a period of up to three months. In July, 2018 the corporate TeamSpirit IM messenger of SPIRIT company is included in the state register of the Russian software.

Viewing audio and video of files is available in the VideoMost IM interface. The user can edit or delete messages after sending. Sending the message is available to one person or mailing to department, a private chat or work with group.

Users can exchange contacts, publish and edit the status, communicate about location (geopositioning), add the message to favorites and send them. In the messenger sending notifications which can be cancelled at the request of the user is supported. After sending the message users can trace a delivery status and readings. In the contact list the presence status is displayed and instruments of personalisation (installation of an avatar, the indication of a name or nickname, adding of the short description) are available.

sales of the VideoMost IM messenger Began

On July 26, 2017 the company SPIRIT announced the beginning of sales of licenses of the special version of mobile messenger VideoMost IM for banks, insurance and financial institutions for work as clients and internal communication.

According to the statement of developer company, customer service via the messenger instead of call center does bank services convenient, simple, usual, fast and economical for people, allows to raise a customer loyalty and to optimize business processes of bank. Via the messenger bank employees and financial institutions can also hold personal consultations and give information on products and services, using at the same time convenient and operational identification procedure of the person according to video during a call.

The mobile VideoMost IM messenger has all standard options and tools:

• text messaging, media files, documents and stickers,
• cloud storage of files,
• group chats,
• editing and removal of messages,
• personalisation and so forth.

Software works at platforms iOS and Android. The messenger is transferred to banks in the source code, including server. The bank can make changes to the source code of the messenger, use it as a part of other products and applications. The buyer of the license for VideoMost IM has no monthly and annual payments, except the one-time redemption of the license for unlimited number of users.

VideoMost IM opens the source code

On March 2, 2017 the Spirit DSP company announced the beginning of sales of licenses of the messenger with the source code of a product and the right to its modification.

The buyer should pay $20 thousand and he can provide the mobile client of the messenger to an unlimited number of users. At the same time the customer receives the source code of a product and the right to modify his^[1].

Position of the company: it is the answer to an initiative of the government of creation of the state messenger.

The developer company specified though at sale of the messenger the client also receives his source code, it extends not as the free software - for it "the license agreement on 10 pages is written". Unlike the free software which code can be studied, modified and distributed the license VideoMost IM permits to study and modify a product only.

According to the license VideoMost IM, the company provides a client part of the messenger (applications for Android and iOS) and a server part (back-end the server). A server part can be unrolled on the server of the customer. The license grants the right to make changes to the source code, i.e. the customer can modify a product under the needs, for example, to create the corporate messenger on its basis, to add own services, to change design, to add corporate logos, etc.

According to the statement of the company, the price of a product is low as the company is interested in its widest circulation. VideoMost IM can extend adding of calls and video conferences of VideoMost, at the expense of it the company plans additional monetization of a product after sale.

The customer can provide number of users, a coma the mobile client of the messenger, is not limited, but the right of the sublicense is not granted. The second product requires separate licensing. Besides, the license does not allow to distribute the server. Conditions on which the customer receives the code of the messenger, remind the license of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) created for the open source software. At the same time sale of a product happens on the Freemium models (shareware).
