2013: Redhelper 3.0
In the version of Redhelper 3.0 a number of technical solutions which will allow clients of the company to use all opportunities of the online consultant with bigger efficiency is implemented. In turn, the new feature "Sorting and transactions with columns of the table of visitors" will be useful to targeted sales on the website. Thanks to a widget connection with the client is automatic and instantly that with ease allows the visitor to receive a fast feedback less than in 30 seconds. And the integrated CoBrowse technology gives the chance to watch online the visitor, to highlight to him necessary information and to help with navigation on the website. Besides, in the RedConnect system listenings of the written calls, information on time, call duration, customer numbers and the manager who processed it are available.
It is possible to set a call widget at once on all websites and pages where the consultant from RedHelper is set, or to select the specific websites and pages from the list.
