Medintorg accelerated a set-up time to checks twice using the solution "Scan Archive"

On June 21, 2019 the GENDALF company announced completion of implementation of electronic archive of the documents "Scan Archive" in JSC Medintorg.

As of June, 2019 more than 100 large Russian and foreign producers of pharmaceutical products are strategic partners Medintorg, in all territory of Russia and in the CIS countries at the company about 2000 clients.

At such scales passes about 30 thousand documents a year which about 70% make outgoing through accounting of the company. Long time all of them were stored in paper archive, but to control a flow of documents of the similar sizes became difficult. It created big difficulties during audits when it is especially important to provide documents quickly and timely. Besides, difficulties caused reports on existence and lack of documentation: each document needed to be requested and looked for long. During this period the chief accountant learned about the program for creation of electronic archive of documents – "Scan Archive". Specialists of developer company installed the program and trained in work of the staff of Medintorg with it.

For June, 2019 in "Scan Archive" more than hundred people work. Accountants prepare for checks now quicker as the speed of preparation of large volumes of documents increased almost twice, and documents are stored in electronic base, access to which is at any moment. "Scan Archive" helps to control completely accounting and existence of primary documentation thanks to what reports on it are made out without former difficulties. Considerably also work with partners of the company as in Russia, and abroad became simpler: each manager can independently find and provide to the client the necessary document, without requests to other employees.

For June, 2019 about 80% of documents for 2017 are already loaded into electronic archive and 2018, we will pass to documents of 2019 soon. The program works well and solves problems for the sake of which we set it", noted Maxim Yukhanov, the programmer of JSC Medintorg
