IP Video Systems performed works on upgrade of a congress hall for "The All-Russian center of a quarantine of plants"

2019: Upgrade of a congress hall

On June 24, 2019 the IP Video Systems company reported that it performed works on upgrade of a congress hall with partial replacement of the equipment and implementation of technological solutions for Federal State Budgetary Institution "The All-Russian center of a quarantine of plants".

According to the company, for Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIKR main objectives of implementation of a complex of a video conferencing were increase in efficiency due to reduction of time of decision making, holding the operational meetings face to face and reduction of traveling expenses.

The scalability, high image quality and a sound for ensuring the maximum effect of presence were important requirements of the customer to the VKS system.

Works of IP Video Systems included supply of equipment and the software, installation, a commissioning and personnel training servicing systems.

Prior to works in a big conference room the table for meetings was already placed, each workplace is equipped with the individual monitor and the microphone panel of a congress system.

Specialists of the company mounted the seamless videowall consisting of 16 Prestel VWP-55 LCD panels based on IP of switching with a possibility of an output of an unlimited number of windows to all means of display including monitors of presidium and additional LCD panels. The videowall is installed on a floor and wall bracket. Attendant workstation with an ability to manage all nodes of a subsystem from the touch iPad tablet was organized. The hardware server of a multipoint video conferencing Polycom RPCS1830 for the Polycom RealPresenceClariti platform is installed.

The system of a video conferencing is irreplaceable for effective management and coordination of work of divisions of an extensive federal network of Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIKR.

In the project the equipment is used:

• The server of a multipoint video conferencing Polycom RPCS1830 for the Polycom RealPresenceClariti platform
• The Polycom RackServer 220 server for deployment of the platform of the Polycom RealPresence Clariti system
• Prestel VWC-IPIO is a node of input-output of HDMI
• Codec of a video conferencing of Polycom Group 500
• The adapter for connection of the camera EagleEye Digital Breakout Adapter (DBA) is codec
• Cable for connection of the camera Polycom Camera Cable for EagleEye IV
• Acoustics wall SHOW CSB 175CV BK and SHOW CS 640WP
• The combined power amplifier SHOW MPA 240RS
• YAMAHA MGP16X mixer
• The camera for a video conferencing of Prestel HD-PTZ5IP with support of HDMI, CVBS and RJ-45 equipped with a lens from the 12th an optical zoom
• Document camera NEWLINE TRUCAM TC-41D
• Crestron PRO3 management system
• The tablet for control Apple iPad of the equipment Air 32Gb Wi-Fi
