Career
In 1987, he began his career in the British division of Peugeot.
Then he headed the marketing and sales department of Nissan in England, and then throughout Europe.
In 2008, Paul Willcox was appointed managing director of Nissan's England division. In this position, he was able to achieve a significant increase in sales, which led to an increase in the market share of Nissan in Britain.
In 2011, he took over as head of sales and marketing in the European region of Nissan.
In 2014, he was appointed chairman of the European region (including Russia), and led the operations of Nissan.
Since July 1, 2019, Paul Willcox, who has extensive experience in the automotive industry, has been appointed senior vice president of the PSA Group, Eurasia. In this post, he will replace Yannick Bezar, who will continue his career outside the PSA group.
Paul Wilcox reports to Michael Losheller, CEO of Opel/Vauxhall, and is responsible for the growth of Groupe PSA in the Eurasia region with a focus on the development of Opel in Russia. It is expected that thanks to the deep knowledge of the Russian market, Paul will provide serious support as part of the deployment of the Push to Pass strategic plan in the region.
2022: Stellantis Regional Director
As part of the implementation of the Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan, Stellantis announced on May 11, 2022, structural changes effective June 1, 2022. Paul Willcox, who heads Vauxhall in the UK on May 11, 2022, will replace Alison Jones, which will make the company's organizational structure in the UK simpler.
