Results of implementation of an ACS of mountain transport

On December 19, 2019 it became known that EVRAZ Kachkanarsky GOK more than increased performance of dump trucks in pits thanks to digitalization of operation of the mining-transport equipment by 8%. The project is implemented together with VIST Group company (enters into Tsifra Group).

The Pit system integrates geological indicators and block model of the field with work of mountain transport. It allowed to manage quality of the extracted ore in a new way. Indicators of mountain weight in each face became available to all participants of workflow, these data began to include in replaceable a dress task.

All dump trucks and excavators KGOK'S EVRAZ are equipped with intellectual panels. To the excavator operator it allows to see block model of the field: where there is an ore and where an overburden. If it is given a task to load an overburden, he sees its borders in a system and will not submerge ore. The technicians given about work are also given to managers and directors. A system continuously analyzes them and selects the most optimal route of the following loading for dump trucks that allows to avoid idle times.

In 2020 it is going to integrate into the project railway transport. It is necessary to install the intelligent equipment that drivers of an electric locomotive and the excavator interacted during loading on traction units. It will allow to obtain information on the transported ore and to manage process,

Implementation of an ACS of mountain transport

On July 1, 2019 the VIST Group company reported that in pits EVRAZ of the Kachkanar GOKA the automated system of monitoring of mountain transport from VIST Group is implemented (enters into Tsifra Group).

A system in real time traces and displays information on location and operation parameters of dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators, auto-loaders and mobile dining rooms.

On the wireless network of Wi-fi unrolled in four pits, all data on equipment speed, a run, fuel level, weight of the loaded mountain weight, provision of mobile dining rooms are quickly transferred to computers of managers and chief specialists of plant. Data are also seen by operators of excavators and drivers of dump trucks on intellectual panels in cabins of machines.

The block geological model of the field allowing to analyze quality of iron ore and to regulate the movement of dump trucks at excavators is integrated into a system. In case of an unforeseen stop a system will redirect the BelAZ on loading to other excavator.

Thanks to joint efforts of specialists of KGOK and VIST Group, at the EVRAZ enterprise the difficult and modern management system for a mining-transport complex was implemented. After the second stage of implementation which will close rail transportation and quality control of the ore arriving from overload warehouses on factory a system will become the most difficult in the industry among the enterprises of the Russian Federation,

Implementation of the investment project began in November, 2017. Within the project around all pits 19 towers of communication were set, on 30 excavators and 35 BelAZ stanovit sensors, navigation antennas, intellectual panels in cabins.
