On July 1, 2019 Corus Consulting Group announced creation of the solution for fast adaptation of employees NIPIGAZA, the SIBUR which is a part.KORUS|The solution "Adaptation" reduces load of specialists of human resource department and allows to increase the involvement of employees into corporate culture.

JSC NIPIGAZ is the Russian center for design management, deliveries and construction. Is a part of the SIBUR, the large Russian integrated petrochemical company. Number of staff exceeds three thousand people.

The number of employees constantly grows therefore for the company it was important to accelerate process of adaptation and to lower labor costs of HR specialists and functional managers. For implementation of this major problem the modern technological tool was required, to begin to use which it is possible in the shortest possible time. After the careful analysis of systems presented at the market, a choice was made for benefit of the solution "by KORUS|Adaptation" which helps to systematize and simplify work with personnel on a probation period.

"KORUS|Adaptation" includes a personal account of the HR specialist and the chat-bot in which employees can obtain necessary information on a company performance and communicate in real time with representatives of human resource department. In turn HR managers create base of answers to standard questions, configure the personalized scenarios of adaptation including sending instructions, polls, a photo and video content. In addition to evident submission of the list of employees in a personal account, a system fixes correspondence and notifies on obtaining messages.

Creating the system of adaptation, we aim at that it allowed to bring in short terms employees to that labor productivity level which is necessary for the large engineering company. In the long term we are going to develop a system and to configure several plans for adaptation which will differ depending on the city, division and a position,
