2019: AMT Group implemented the system of the managed audio conferences of IP FORUM in Rosbank

AMT Group completed in the summer of 2019 the project on creation of a system of the managed audio conferences in the situational center of Department of operation and the IT service of PJSC ROSBANK. The solution AMT of IP Forum of own development AMT Group became a basis of a system. Within the project, in addition to implementation of the main requirements to conference service, the functionality of AMT IP Forum was finished and adapted to specialized requirements of staff of the situational center.

System implementation of the managed audio conferences was caused by need of providing staff of the situational center with instruments of collecting of operational conferences with in advance planned set of participants. At emergence of failures in work of IT systems of bank it is necessary to localize their reason for a short period and to organize elimination process. Before process automation the duty engineer of the center had to connect manually in turn specialists, time which could be used for localization and the analysis of failure was as a result spent.

In addition to the solution of a problem of reduction of temporary costs, the created system gives the chance to listen to record of telephone conversations of all participants of process based on work on this or that incident. Thus the leaders of the center can carry out the analysis of actions of participants and, if necessary, make changes to regulations for optimization of their actions.

As infrastructure IP Forum uses the system of corporate telephone communication of bank. It excluded need of deployment of the additional adjacent systems and costs for their maintenance.

Solution components of IP FORUM include the server of management of conferences, the operator console of conferences, the console of the system administrator and also a subsystem of record and journalizing of meetings. The last provides a possibility of preserving of all events of a meeting, happened to all participants (it was connected, asked words, acted, was disconnected, etc.), at the same time remain both the general mikshirovanny audio recording of a meeting, and component audio recordings of each performance.

One of key components is the operator console of conferences functioning on the normal computer with support of audio and equipped with the touch screen for ensuring simplicity and visualization of process of management of a meeting: individual buttons of subscribers with indication of a name and the phone number and color indication of a status (it is disconnected, connected, speaks, asks for the floor, etc.) and also color indicators of their status. The duty engineer of the situational center selects required specialists using the system operator console, further call-down and connection in a conference are automatic.
