Using service customers will be able to implement "DevOps as service" DevOps-experts from scratch or to optimize the existing development processes.

2020: Administration and support of clusters of Kubernetes

Within DevOps service as service clients will be able to give DataLine to administration and support Kubernetes clusters on the platforms. Announced this DataLine on June 22, 2020.

Earlier the company provided to customers already ready clusters of Kubernetes unrolled in a failsafe cloud of DataLine.

The DevOps-engineer of DataLine who can be attracted as the consultant or to permanent service of a cluster will be available to all customers.

The technology of containerization as a method of creation and applications launch becomes more popular: Kubernetes allows to automate work with containers, to resolve an issue of their scaling and monitoring.

The detailed SLA guaranteeing a response time on an incident within 15 minutes and availability of infrastructure at the level of 99.95% is provided for service.

2019: Service start "DevOps as service"

On July 2, 2019 the DataLine company announced "DevOps as service" service start.

The service includes maintenance of all DevOps-cycle: from training and implementation the DevOps-expert before providing ready infrastructure of Kubernetes c tools necessary for CI/CD.

DevOps-experts help the companies to fix the development pipeline which reduces time of an exit of updates and products for the market (Time-To-Market).

The service will be demanded among the companies for which it is important to release updates of business applications quickly. These are, first of all, application developers and services, banks, insurance companies, retail and telecom providers.

Within service "DevOps as service" under the project of the customer is selected individual DevOps Coach with team of experts. They will book project audit, will define methodology and will create the suitable pipeline of development. Further they will train a command and will help to implement processes. Under the project ready IT infrastructure according to the selected methodology – based on Kubernetes cluster in a failsafe cloud of DataLine with a necessary stack of CI/CD-applications is selected. After implementation the project of the customer remains on technical and methodological support of specialists of DataLine.
