On July 1, 2019 the 1C-Rarus company announced business process automation Teplostoroy company using the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of the service center". Specialists 1C-Rarus helped to implement the solution.
In assortment of Teplostroy company modern heating systems and water supply which it sets and repairs are provided. The solution of 1C helped to automate accounting of the equipment, its arrival and implementation and also accounting of supplies and spare parts and substitutions.
In the program responsible masters are appointed, stationary and exit works are planned, the working schedule forms and execution of terms is controlled. In the same place bills are made out and account of payment of services is kept.
Using the program the rendered services are analyzed: current status of repair, percent of complete tasks, number of claims, efficiency of each individual employee. All this information prepares the head for several clicks and helps with acceptance of management decisions.
