February, 2007 - July, 2008 — the engineer of service department in Novacom Ltd.
July, 2008 - June, 2011 — the departmental engineer of voice services of directorate in development and operation in Urals Transtelecom Ltd. Was engaged in development and deployment of technical solutions on construction of communication hubs for corporate and state customers, including implementation and operation of telecommunication equipment.
July, 2011 - January, 2014 — the head of regional contact center in Urals Transtelecom Ltd. In this position Alexander organized and headed work of contact center to Yekaterinburg. For the first half a year of work standardized customer service process, including integration with technical support and development of processes in increase in a customer loyalty and growth in sales of services.
January, 2014 - June, 2017 — outsourcing contact center Beeper. In three years Alexander went a way from the project manager to the sales director to Beeper. As the director performed start of sales of services AKTs in new territories (CIS country). Saving a role of "the playing trainer" managed a command of sales in three regions, participating in large deals independently. Revenue gain during the different periods made from 25% to 50%.
Since June, 2017 — the director of the department of sales and business development in "Rostelecom Contact center". In the company Alexander Erofeechev is responsible for sale of services AKTs, implementation of large commercial and state projects on development of customer service, including processes of automation and robotization and also exercises operational management by platforms AKTs.
