2016: Implementation of the electronic journal based on Bpium

The solution for the Territorial Fund of Compulsory Health Insurance (TFCHI) of Perm Krai and the Omsk region — the Electronic journal of TFCMI is developed.

Prior to use of the Electronic journal of TFCMI at the staff of the compulsory health insurance Territorial fund and medical insurance companies subordinated to them a lot of time for assignment of numbers, maintaining the registers of calls accounting sent them by mail left. Often there were many unprocessed requests and it was necessary to make obligatory reports literally manually.

Based on Bpium platforms designers us it was succeeded to create a single window of addresses. Using it operators can register in the system of the message, come directly to insurance medical the organizations at once. According to wishes of the customer record of all talk with citizens and a ringing on the passed calls is configured. Now in case of the repeated address the operator can see earlier entered information on the subscriber. Besides, the uniform knowledge base of operators for consultation of citizens was implemented and automatic formation of the obligatory forms of the reporting required according to orders of higher bodies is implemented.

According to the technical director Alpha Inform Oleg Agapov, it is easy to work with the Electronic journal of TFCMI in many respects due to simplicity of a system and a small amount of objects. The Bpium platform taken as a basis provided the flexible system of setup of access rights. So, additional fields can enter the non-management employees which do not have skills of programming. However in order that a system considered this field at report generation, the help of the technical specialist will be required. For this reason the customer needs to formulate and tell accurately the developer all wishes to an individual information system.

The customer was given an opportunity to implement own solution on the scheme whitelabel and to define marginality of the project. Taking into account the course towards import substitution accepted by the government, territorial exclusively domestic solutions were considered by Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund. Bpium is the Russian development, and on its basis it is authorized to create software for state structures. Besides, as Oleg Agapov noted, the platform turned out rather simple in integration — it was easy to implement functionality of an information system necessary for TFCMI. A client part of Bpium is in the browser therefore it was not necessary to be connected to each computer of the customer for installation of the solution.

Using Bpium specialists Alpha Inform quickly implemented the project and ground the solution already in a work progress.
