NORBIT implemented the Pyrus bpm-system in Investgeoservice

On July 16, 2019 the company NORBIT (enters into group of companies LANIT) announced project completion on implementation BPM- systems Pyrus on objects "Investment geoservice" – the group performing a full stroke constructions of oil and gas wells. The platform allows to reveal, store and monitor quickly elimination of violations and potentially dangerous situations. The implemented system accompanies in real time each stage of work, considering difficult hierarchy of employees.

Investgeoservice conducts the activity in territories of the Yamal-Nenets and Nenets autonomous areas, Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Komi Republic and other regions. For July, 2019 more than 75 operational wells are drilled. According to security requirements of work, each of employees in case of detection of a criminogenic situation or abuse of regulations of production security is obliged to announce this fact. Before emergence of this system such cases were fixed in paper form and Excel. Before department of labor protection Investgeoservice there was a task to start the system automating receiving and information processing about cases of violations of safety rules of work on construction objects of oil and gas wells.

Using a cloud service of Pyrus each autocompleted request is processed and transferred to the necessary division of the company. Service also includes the normative reference information and necessary forms of the reporting. In addition to the web version, the staff of the company uses mobile application based on iOS and Android with offline - access.

In the course of registration of violations "manually" we faced a number of the problems connected with a human factor. The implemented Pyrus system most precisely and quickly collects data on violations. bpm-systems became demanded in the companies which aim to increase performance management at the solution of different tasks. This trend was reflected and at work of NORBIT – the BPM direction quickly enough grows in our company. The project on implementation of the Russian Pyrus platform in Investgeoservice company became for us the first and, thanks to harmonious cooperation with the customer, was performed for record terms – ten days.
