Born on September 16, 1981.

Education

2003 — Moscow state transport university, specialty "Lokomotiv. Locomotives".

2006 — courses of occupational retraining at Moscow State University, specialty "Personnel Management Psychology".

2010 — the Russian school of management, MBA degree.

Career

2003-2006 — capital branch of JSC "MegaFon". Began the customer service specialist, then worked as the personnel training and development specialist. Afterwards became the head of department of training and personnel development.

2006-2007 there is Russia-bank LLC, the head of training center.

2007-2014 there is JSC Rostelecom. Consistently held positions:

• head of department of personnel training
• directors of the department of assessment, training and personnel development
• HR Business partner

2014-2015 there is Urban Group, the HR director.

2016 — the HR director of Rostelecom Contact Center (JSC MTs NTT).

Since 2018 — the director of organizational development and service support of business of Rostelecom Contact Center (JSC MTs NTT).
