"Correct" implemented the new front office Set Retail 10 system

On July 24, 2019 the CSI company reported that the Retail chain stores Correct accelerated cash transactions, including printing process of checks — to 4 times, and increased capacity of shops. Having reduced number of failures at the checkout twice, the retailer reduced costs for maintenance. And having reduced the size of checks — began to save on a check tape. The updated front office Set Retail 10 system helped to achieve such results. In June it earned in all 755 outlets, having covered more than 2800 cash desks.

According to the company, the retailer carried out pilot start in 2 Moscow and 2 St. Petersburg shops. It lasted 2 months and came to the end in January, 2019. Replication on other shops across all Russia continued from February to June, 2019. In day transferred from 9 to 14 shops to Set Retail.

The updated front office system works much quicker and accelerates printing of checks: if from the last cash program the check with ten positions was issued from 5 to 10 seconds, then now — 2.5 — 4 seconds. Cash transactions became simpler, and in shops with high passability queues were considerably reduced. Set Retail works steadily: after the circulation of requests about failures at the checkout comes to technical support twice less, at least the number of "hot" restarts of the cash equipment was cut by half.

"Correct" connected function of the compact check in Set Retail 10 and now saves on a check tape. All checks became 5 cm shorter. And at alcohol sale the cash desk combines QR codes UNIFIED STATE AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM also the check, reducing it by 10 cm.

Thanks to flexibility of Set Retail, Correct had an opportunity to independently connect necessary processings and systems. So, the retailer successfully integrated an external system of loyalty with Set Retail.

In all shops "Verny" on the checkout there are big monitors for buyers. On them advertizing is shown and the analytics by the check — this opportunity is automated in Set Retail.
