On July 30, 2019 the Xerox company reported that the Raduga Printing house began to execute difficult orders 1.5 times faster, offered clients the updated opportunities of design of models and reduced costs. It became possible thanks to installation of the Xerox Iridesse Production Press CFM .

According to the company, with this machine "Rainbow" could print in one pass in six flowers, including two special toners. It allowed to release small circulations of the book and magazines with decorative effects, including metallization, continuous and selective varnishing. Earlier the company lost a part of profit, transferring such orders to third-party printing houses. And thanks to support of a white toner of Xerox Iridesse Production Press expanded printabilities on tinted materials.

With the Xerox Iridesse Production Press installation the printing house had an opportunity to print in one pass the double-sided banners up to 729 mm long demanded among clients. Besides, support of a long format allowed Rainbow to spend much less time and money for production of jackets and books with landscape orientation of pages.

Economy managed to be reached also thanks to the fact that with the CFM the company could transfer small circulations from offset to the digital direction. As a result such orders became cheaper for clients and it is more profitable to printing house as before start in production about 200 sheets were not required to spend for press preparation for printing any more.

Costs for purchase of account and resource materials were minimized thanks to service of the printing machine within the pokopiyny contract.
