On July 31, 2019 the company "Alpax East" reported that specialists of the company took part in it is mountainmetallurgical the "Reconstruction and Expansion — the Pustynnoye Enterprises under Gold Mining Factory" project for JSC Altynalmas JSC regarding complex power supply and automation, using the equipment Schneider Electric.

At gold mining factory "Pustynnoye" the modern technology of processing of gold which allowed to involve the large volume of poor gold-bearing ore of the field in industrial turnover is implemented and to increase efficiency of use of natural resources.

The process control system was created based on programmable logical controllerovmodicon by QUANTUM, and later and Modicon M 580, with function of "hot sparing" of production Schneider Electric which perform functions of collecting, preprocessing of information, program and logical management and continuous regulation, blocking, protection, abnormal and precautionary signaling.

"Thanks to the scaled and centralized Wonderware System Platform environment which was applied at the level of the automated control system "Alpax East" could provide "base" for seamless integration with the software of MES which is implemented on the field", noted Daryn Munsyzbayev, the chief business consultant of department of development and business process automation of JSC Altynalmas

The equipment of Schneider Electric company is aimed first of all at complex automation of the enterprise. In a compartment with technologies of integration "Alpax East" it allowed to implement the project, ready to use, rapidly: 18 months from design to a project startup. SCADA-система Wonderware based on which management of the ICT levels - and engineering infrastructures integrates allows to obtain most detailed information on the production process course in real time. Using the complete solution through applications and services work of power supply systems and automation is controlled.
