2019: Purchase of My Office Standard software license for 14 million rubles

On August 1, 2019, it became known that the Federal Agency for State Reserves (Rosrezero) is introducing the My Office Standard software package. My Office licenses were purchased by Rosrezever at the end of 2018 during an electronic auction, as evidenced by the public procurement website. In total, more than 1.6 thousand licenses worth over 14 million rubles were purchased.

As reported, licenses for the use of products are indefinite. They give you the right to use programs to work with documents, email, calendar and contacts. However, the buyer will only be able to receive updates for one year.

In the terms of reference for the purchase, the customer put forward 224 functional criteria for the purchased product. Requirements included uniformity of interfaces of all office programs and the ability to install and use unique fonts. In addition, the software supplier must teach Rosreserva employees how to work with him.

The only application from Digital Design IT LLC was submitted for auction, which became the winner. Under one contract, 1,612 My Office Standard licenses were purchased in the amount of 14.3 million rubles. and 1,076 licenses for other software in the amount of 4.3 million rubles. This second software shall be an OS from the Russian Software Register. Thus, the total value of the contract amounted to 18.6 million rubles.

As of August 2019, Rosrezera did not answer the question of CNews, from which other software the department goes to My Office. ^[1]
