2019: Implementation "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS"
On July 31, 2019 the company "AYTOB" reported that it completed system implementation "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" century BKK "Kolomensky". During project 320 of hired cars are equipped GLONASS/GPS Galileo's trackers 7.0 Lite and ADM 300. Exchange data with the solution "1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise" and a system is configured navigation MTS. It is implemented algorithm automatic filling of waybills. Managers of plant had an opportunity in the online mode to monitor work of each unit of attracted transport. Control of observance of routes and the actual delivery time of products to buyers is strengthened. The statement and closing of waybills accelerated.
According to the company, the plant's management set the task – to increase control of work of hired transport. For this purpose the information system which would allow to keep track of location of cars in the online mode was required, to control observance of the set routes and the actual delivery time of goods to buyers. Besides, it was necessary to automate the statement and closing of waybills.
According to the results of the internal tender AYTOB company, being the expert in the field of automation of transport logistics became the contractor of the project.
During the project at office of the company the 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS system was installed. 320 hired cars are equipped with a GLONASS/GPS Galileo's trackers 7.0 Lite and ADM 300. Regulations of contractor interaction are developed, relaying of data from the system of navigation of MTS which is used in several contract organizations is configured. Integration 1S:TsSM with the program "1C is executed: Management of manufacturing enterprise" (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management). The algorithm of automatic filling of waybills is developed. Remote training of employees is provided.
Key results of the project:
- 1S:TsSM consolidates information from the telematic equipment installed on transport and creates plan-fact reports. There was an opportunity in the online mode to monitor movement of each hired car, visit of control points and observance of the set routes. Planned and actual routes and also parking of transport are displayed on the electronic card of the manager in real time. In case of approach of the configured events (entrance to a geozone, operation of the sensor, speeding) the manager receives the adequate notice. It allows to control quickly work of contractors, to estimate timeliness and quality of task performance on delivery.
- The statement and closing of waybills accelerated. From 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management in 1S:TsSM information necessary for formation of reference books "Vehicles", "Drivers", "Destination points" is quickly broadcast. On the basis of the planned routes created in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management waybills automatically are created, the actual indicators are filled according to an equipment GLONASS/GPS. It significantly saves time of employees for the statement of transport documents and excludes emergence of errors.
- The plant's management had an opportunity to estimate quality of the services rendered by contractors on the basis of detailed and up-to-date information about work of hired transport. In a system automatic formation of analytical reports by different parameters – the movement and parking, location of objects, idle times is implemented at the started engine, to analog and discrete sensors, visit of geographical zones, fuel, development parameters, etc. Each report can be created both on one car, and on all park of hired transport in general.
