2019: Implementation of the digital platform of operating control of construction

On July 30, 2019 in the Ministry of construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region there took place the meeting on implementation of the digital platform of operating control of construction "Platform of Construction Services" (PCS). The acting minister Anatoly Molev, the head of PSS Sergey Stonayev and also representatives of municipal governing bodies and heads of construction companies of the region took part in it. On August 6, 2019 the developer company of the PSS platform reported about it.

According to the results of a meeting the decision on pilot implementation of the Platform of construction services on construction projects in the Nizhny Novgorod Region was made. PSS is urged to increase transparency and predictability of process of construction, to simplify interaction of all participants — builders, banks, the government and shareholders.

The Acting Minister of Construction of area Anatoly Molev noted that implementation of the platform will become an important step to digitalization of the construction industry. Also he added that use of PSS will allow to react timely to violations of terms of construction and not to allow its stop.

It is the second pilot project for us. It is responsible and very important milestone as for a team of creators and developers of the project, and for the regional sphere of construction. Successful implementation of the Platform in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region can completely change approach to communication between participants of construction, shared Sergey Stonayev, the director of PSS

The platform of construction services is created based on the Nizhny Novgorod IT company Lad in cooperation with the Russian experts in the field of construction and with assistance of an IT cluster of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and represents 100% domestic development. Data are stored and processed in the territory of the Russian Federation. The first pilot project is successfully started to Sakhalin Island.

Crucial element of the platform is the methodology 'Digital Information Model of Construction (DIMC)'. She allows to create digital model of a construction object in only several hours. The transparency of processes is provided with regular input of the fact directly from the building site.
