Ministry of construction of the Nizhny Novgorod Region

The ministry of stroitelstvanizhegorodsky area is executive authority of the Nizhny Novgorod Region:

• enabling the realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of construction, the industries of construction materials in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, including development of state programs regarding development of construction and the industry of construction materials;
• performing functions of the state customer of state programs in the set field of activity of the Ministry;
• rendering the public services which are within the competence of the Ministry;
• exercising control of a compliance with law of the Russian Federation, the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the sphere subordinated to the Ministry;
• the representative in the field of the state support of the citizens affected by actions (failure to act) of the builders raising money of citizens for construction of apartment houses;
• authorized for the organization of conducting state examination of the project documentation, state examination of results of engineering researches;
• authorized for issue of construction licenses, permissions to input of objects in operation within the conferred powers.
