The authorities of Moscow will use drones for monitoring of buildings

In August, 2019 capital Department of information technologies summed up the tender results on rendering services in video monitoring of the Moscow buildings with use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV)[1].

Moscow will use drones for monitoring of construction objects

Within the project carrying out video filming of construction objects or other objects of city infrastructure of Moscow using functionality of the UAV is required. Besides, the contractor of the project will have to provide a possibility of watching video using the browser, to create a videoarchive at own server capacities and to integrate the video portal with the state systems of the capital Government.

Services in video filming should be rendered as in working, and during week-end and festive (non-working) days during daylight hours, 7 days a week. The contractor should have a complex of UAVs of helicopter (multi-rotor) type and also the necessary equipment and specialists for management and their maintenance in the territory of Moscow.

Drones should shoot the color stabilized video with the resolution not less than 3840х2160 pixels, with a frequency not less than 30 frames per second, slope angle by less than 55 degrees to the horizontal plane on which the construction object or other object of city infrastructure is located. At the same time the speed of horizontal movement of the UAV over the Earth's surface should not exceed 20 km/h.

All services in video monitoring should be rendered in 2019 - 2020.

The starting price of the contract was 60 million rubles. Two companies - "Gaskar Integration" and Ansistems became participants of tender. Based on assessment of requests, the winner it was recognized Gaskar Integration. The total cost of the agreement will be 59.1 million rubles.
