Was born in 1967 in Prokopyevsk of the Kemerovo region.

From 1993 to 2005 worked in Administration of Leninsky district of Samara and Administration of the Samara region.

In 1998 graduated Samara state from the university (since 2016- Samara national research university of a name of the academician S.P. Korolyov) in the specialty "Law".

From 2008 to 2017 - the acting chief, and then the head of department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across the Samara region.

From 2017 to 2019 - the chief of Head department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The decree of the Russian President of 4/1/2019 No. 138 it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

For August, 2019 - the state councilor of justice of the Russian Federation of 1 class, Candidate of Law Sciences.

On February 24, 2020 it is dismissed the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation at own will^[1].

For March, 2020 - the director of the department of affairs of non-profit organizations.
