Launch of electronic document management application for self-employed in Tatarstan

September 22, 2020 it became known that Tatarstan in launched electronic document management service for the self-employed. Mobile application The transcript allows you to download, receive, sign and send documents electronically.

Electronic documents sent through the mobile application have the same legal significance, since they are signed by the electronic signature of the DSS. The service also accepts incoming documents for signing from customers, shows notifications about new documents received and saves the entire history of the document flow.

Any self-employed from Tatarstan can use the application. To work self-employed in the electronic document management system, you need to install the Transcript mobile application, download or photograph the document that you want to send, then select the customer to whom you want to send the file, sign the document with an electronic signature DSS and send the documents to the customer.^[1]

The operator of the TaxNet EDO became part of the operators that supported the 1C-EDO technology. This was announced by 1C on June 23, 2020. As a result, 1C: Enterprise user organizations that exchange electronic invoices and other documents through the TaxNet operator using 1C-EDO are now available, including automatic configuration of exchange (through invitations) with counterparties-subscribers of the Transcript system (from TaxNet) in 1C software products (PP). On August 9, 2019, Aladdin R.D., a Russian developer and provider of information security solutions, announced that, together with Taxnet, a developer of electronic document management systems and services for reporting, they had completed test tests for compatibility of their products.
