Born on January 28, 1972.

1989: Service in AF and FSO of Russia

From 1989 to 2007 served in Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation, Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.

1995: VA of F.E. Dzerzhinsky

In 1995 graduated from Military academy of F.E. Dzerzhinsky (since 1998 - Military academy of the Strategic Missile Troops of Peter the Great) as Engineer.

2007: Office of the envoy of the Russian President in Volga federal district

In 2007 - 2008 - the chief adviser of department for domestic policy, the acting chief of expert analysis department of the office of the Russian President's Plenipotentiary in the Volga federal district (structural division of the Russian President Administration).

2008: Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation

Since June, 2008 works in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, consistently holding positions of the adviser to the Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, head of department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Moscow region, the associate director of Department of legal regulation, the analysis and control in the field of execution of criminal sanctions and judicial acts, the chief of Head department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across Moscow.

The decree of the Russian President of August 9, 2017 No. 369 it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

By the decree of the Russian President of April 1, 2019 No. 138 it is appointed to the position of the secretary of state - the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

In 2010 the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (university) graduated from the MFA of Russia in Law.
