Ziax applies machine learning to understand what the person says. The robot can track the context of the dialogue and understand the intention of the interlocutor, it also highlights the data that is embedded in the phrase of the interlocutor. The robot uses a context-sensitive model in its work; this model is close to the work of the human brain. Intent (from English intent - intention) is the main link in the sentence, which allows you to judge the user's intention to do something (for example, ask a question). Intents are combined by contexts, the context is a link between intents. This is different from training neural networks that work on statmodels and provide probabilistic answers, assuming they will be correct.
To recognize and generate speech (abbreviated ASR and TTS), the Yandex speech kit and the solutions of the "Center for Speech Technologies" are used, and then the text is analyzed, that is, the intents are distinguished. Isolating intents is the development of Ziax.
Ziax does not give probabilistic answers: he either knows him or does not. Such a voice robot is needed by companies with large call centers to replace call center employees with automated programs. This will reduce costs and improve the quality of service - the client will not spend time waiting for the operator to be freed up.
