On August 20, 2019 the federal provider of intelligent solutions for business of JSC MTT reported that he started provision of services of outgoing communication for one of aggregators of the taxi, groups It "is lucky".

The contract with Vezet Group was signed in 2019. Within partnership JSC MTT provided with communication call centers of Vezet Group (services of the order of the taxi Vezet, RuTaxi, Saturn Taxi, Red Taxi enter) across all Russia.

Outgoing communication from MTT allows the aggregator to provide services of the order of the taxi to the clients from a single window: operators take orders, SMS notifications notify clients on arrival of the taxi, technical support helps to resolve any matters of argument with passengers and drivers. Outgoing communication in combination with API solutions of the company also allows to organize a call recording, collecting of statistics on calls and receiving the return communication from clients thanks to what the company client can constantly increase efficiency of customer service.

The project on ensuring the market of passenger traffic with communication of the large company is rather difficult task, more than one million calls are processed day, and to the aggregator the quality and fault tolerance of communications between the company and the client are important.
