As the press service of "Yandex" specifies, this transaction will allow " Yandex.taxi " to improve customer service and to accelerate development of the logistic platform, in particular to offer express delivery of sendings and loads to inhabitants of regions.

It is noted that users It "is lucky" will be able to call the taxi by phone as they got used, or in the Go Yandex application. It will be offered to drivers to be connected to the platform " Yandex.Pro " thanks to which, according to developers, drivers go "empty" less and earn more, and users spend less time for waiting of the machine.

The press service of " Yandex.taxi " said that the transaction on purchase of a part of assets of group "Is lucky" does not require approval of Federal Antimonopoly Service. It is going to close the transaction in the second quarter 2021.

The representative of " Yandex.taxi " in a conversation with RBC explained that the companies did not request new permission to the transaction as it "does not fall under criteria of the transactions requiring approval of antimonopoly authority" — the book value of assets "Is lucky" is in the range which is not requiring approval of purchase by the Russian legislation.
