Release "1C: Accounting of N-CGP. Basic version"

On August 19, 2019 1C Company announced release together with Development center of the company "Server" solutions "1C: Accounting of N-CGP. The basic version" which expands the range and supplements a line of solutions "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of SNT" also allows to conduct specialized accounting and tax accounting in garden and garden non-commercial partnerships (SNT and ONT), including preparation of the annual regulated and specialized accounts. This solution was developed for the organizations which have less than 300 seasonal dachas.

Product "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of SNT. The basic version" it is intended for automation of accounting and tax accounting in garden and garden non-commercial partnerships (SNT and ONT) which in communication by the introduction in operation since January 1, 2019 of the Federal law of July 29, 2017 N217 "About Conducting by Citizens Gardening and Truck Farming for Own Needs and about Making Changes in Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" are obliged to keep account of membership fees on a checking account of a partnership, i.e. pass to non-cash payments.

According to the developer, "1C: Accounting of N-CGP. The basic version" provides operational accounting and solving of tasks with partnerships during the activity, maintaining a card file of gardeners with data on sections and buildings, accounting of charges on entrance and membership fees, target expenses, accounting of the consumed utility resources (thermal and electrical energy, cold water supply and water disposal, gas supply, protection services, treatment of municipal solid waste), automatic formation and sending payment notifications.

The product can be used for automation of the country cooperatives and cottage settlements keeping account as non-profit organization.

Configuration "Accounting of SNT. The basic version" is developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Accounting of Non-profit Organization" and the industry configuration "Calculation of a Rent and Accounting of Housing and Public Utilities". The configuration uses all advantages of a technology platform "1C: Enterprise" of version 8.3 providing scalability, openness, simplicity of administration and configuring. The technology platform "1C: Enterprise" of version 8.3 allows to work in the mode of the thin client and web client with the accessibility to information base via the Internet including in the mode of low connection speed, claim in 1C.

As emphasized in 1C, when developing "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of SNT. The basic version" results of implementation and operation of the "Calculation of a Rent and Accounting of Housing and Public Utilities" configuration are considered. Such approach allowed to involve in the presented industry solution the settlement mechanisms of a configuration debugged on hundreds of implementations for housing and public utilities, to adapt interfaces for standard users of SNT and to use the ready regulated functionality of the standard configuration "Accounting of NPO".

Functionality of the program "1C: Accounting of N-CGP. Basic version", mentioned by the developer:

• Maintaining a card file of gardeners with a possibility of detailed accounting of data on buildings, the areas of sections and their characteristics, data on the consumed services;
• Calculation of membership fees by different methods: once fixed amount, monthly fixed amount, on the area of garden section;
• Calculation of target contributions (repair is expensive, garbage removal, repair work on service of networks of water supply, power supply, etc.) by different methods: once fixed amount, monthly fixed amount, on the area of garden section;
• Calculation of charges depending on indications of individual counters, accounting of the consumed resources (water, heat, the electric power, etc.) as it is individual, and in general on SNT, use of different conditions for calculation, including calculation for indications of individual, multitariff and group metering devices, for normative quantity during the certain period and to further automatic recalculation of service on the basis of the actual indications;
• Enhanced capabilities on accounting and distribution of the payment which arrived from members of SNT with automatic distribution of payment between types of service, membership and target fees, and also:
  • distribution of unaddressed payment between different types of services;
  • conducting separate payment on types of service, with a possibility of distribution by types of service and the periods of consumption, based on a set of the different rules which are flexibly configured by users of a system if the gardener did not specify for what service and what period he pays;

• Connectivity of fiscal registrars and scanners of the barcode;
• Report generation on charges, payment, debts, and also summary reports;
• Automatic formation of printed forms of payment notifications on the basis of the made charges for a settlement period taking into account a debt for the last periods, formation and printing of other different forms of payment documents and two-dimensional barcodes, sending payment documents for e-mail in different formats;
• Accounting of target receipts, income and expenses within activity of a gardening partnership;
• The full conducting accounting and tax accounting in the gardening partnerships applying the simplified and general system of taxation including:
  • a possibility of accounting for several organizations in uniform information base;
  • accounting of banking and cash activities;
  • accounting of settlings with partners;
  • fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
  • payroll accounting, the personnel and personified accounting;
  • standard accounting reports;
  • the regulated reporting.

  • Work with debtors:
    • Selection of debtors on different conditions: on the period of emergence of debt, on an outstanding amount;
    • Mass formation of claims to debtors;
    • Preparation of set of the documents necessary for submission of the statement of claim;
    • Calculation of the state fee and penalty fee;
    • Transfer of the state fee and a penalty fee in the gardener's card;
    • Analysis of the state of affairs of debtors
