2019: The Poltava hospital ordered products for a hemodialysis from B.Braun on 21 million UAH

On August 22, 2019 it became known that "The Poltava regional clinical hospital of M.V. Sklifosovsky of the Poltava regional council" based on the tender ordered on August 8, 2019 Indeks LLC supplies for a hemodialysis for 21.00 million UAH. Maxim Samoydyuk in the Zm_st edition reported about it with reference to these Prozorro systems.

As it was reported, three participants went for biddings:

• Bilimed LLC connected with family of the Donetsk doctor Emil Fistal (the offer of 21.40 million UAH)
• Link-medital LLC which director Gennady Nersesyan at the time of Yanukovych's presidency worked in the Ministry of Health (the offer of 21.31 million UAH)
• the winner of Indeks LLC from Exactly which founder is the citizen of Germany Eduard Klyopfer.

All three enterprises did not bargain at an auction. All of them offered products of "B.Braun Avitum" (division of the German medical equipment manufacturer B.Braun). Authorized all three for this "Good Look GmbH" which acted on the basis of the power of attorney "B.Braun Avitum".

The edition also noted that in recent years delivered Indeks LLC in regional hospital of medicines for 60 million UAH.

The journalist also paid attention that in 2015 law enforcement authorities performed searches at office Indeks LLC in Kiev. During searches investigators detected printings of "Good Look GmbH".

One of participants of poltavskogo tendera (Link-medital LLC) won on August 6, 2019 at biddings on supply of medicines for a hemodialysis in the Odessa regional hospital. At these biddings he offered the filter for dialysis B.Braun Avitum solution (or an equivalent) on 5300 UAH/piece. For Poltava the offered cost of this solution is 7200 UAH.[1] wrote the Zm_st edition
