The solution of Diasoft supports work of SMP Bank on electronic marketplaces

2019: Preparation of the IC for work for ETP

On August 27, 2019 the Diasoft company announced project completion on preparation of an information system of SMP Bank for work on electronic marketplaces of Russia.

In February, 2019 the SMP Bank was included into the list of the banks which acquired the right to open special accounts to participants of state procurements according to requirements of law No. 44-FZ "About a contract system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. In this direction to bank IT solution which will provide automation of electronic document management with the electronic marketplaces (EM) successfully was required to work.

For accomplishment of this task the bank addressed the technology partner, Diasoft company.

During the joint project the component of FLEXTERA "Interaction with OEP (Operators of Electronic Platforms)" supporting electronic interaction of bank with nine marketplaces according to requirements of information security is implemented. The bank had an opportunity to quickly process big data streams, connected with obligatory and permanent information exchange between bank and ETP: about opening and a status of accounts, operations on blocking and an unblocking of accounts, collection of the commission, etc.

The full stroke of works on implementing solution of Diasoft, including conducting end-to-end testing taking into account architecture of the bank necessary for confirmation of readiness of the solution, was started right after inclusion of bank in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and came to the end in June when the SMP Bank began commercial operation of the developed solution. Previously agreements on interaction with each of nine ETPs were signed and successful testing of electronic document management is held.

Work with participants of public procurements – one of the most important activities of SMP Bank, and for workflow automation we approached creation of IT solution very carefully.
