Findok: OCR for 1C: Document flow

2019: Development of the module "Findok"

On August 28, 2019 the 1C-KPD company reported that it together with RBS-Consulting developed the module "Findok" for "1C: Document Flow" which allows to recognize quickly finance documents and to load them into EDMS. Findok accelerates routine process of work with all standard documentation ten times.

The scheme of operation of the module together with "1C: Document Flow" is as follows: the module "Findok" makes optical recognition of the document, saves the scan of the document in base then Findok creates a card of the document and enters the recognized data into the necessary fields. Findok can work with any documents, such, as with acts, accounts, delivery notes, invoices and other standard documents, and with non-standard documents which can be implemented in a system if necessary. As a result it is much simpler to specialist to enter documentation into an electronic document management system, and the flexible search which is built in "1C: Document Flow" allows to find quickly the necessary document on the recognized data.

Using our module, input of one page is performed approximately in seven seconds that accelerates work with documents to ten times. Moreover, use "Findok: OCR for 1C: Document flow" allows to avoid the errors connected with "a human factor". In development of the module we used ABBYY FlexiCapture technology which provides fast and high-quality text recognition.
