Biography

Was born on August 13, 1956 in the village of Ursayevo of Zainsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 1987 graduated from the Volgograd construction institute (since 2016 - Institute of architecture and construction of VOLGGTU).

In 2000 graduated from the Moscow university of consumer cooperation (since 2006 - the Russian university of cooperation).

2011: Management of Rosreestr across North Caucasus federal district

2011 - - worked with 2013 in Management of Rosreestr across the North Caucasian Federal District (Pyatigorsk).

2013 - 2018 - the deputy manager of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations.

2018: Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation
