On August 29, 2019 the Directum company presented the complete solution of DIRECTUM "Business Trips and Expense Reports" automating routine processes of preparation of documentation, reducing an error probability and losses of documents.

As noted in Directum, a registration of business trips and closing of expense reports are labor-intensive processes which are followed by paperwork, circulation on offices and long trial with documents.

According to the developer, the presented solution automates each stage: from filling of the request for a business trip before closing of the expense report. Documents will be approved in the background — the employee can devote time to preparation for the forthcoming trip, but not paperwork. Work with paper documents is minimized. The documents confirming expenses, for example, checks about payment, an avia - and train tickets, get to a system by e-mail, and services of intellectual processing Ario take from them the necessary information. As a result the error probability and inaccuracies decreases, less time is spent on filling of the report. All reporting documents are stored in a system. In need of them it is easy to unload, for example, for auditor or tax audits.

According to the statement of the developer, implementation of the complete solution allows business:

  • Reduce labor input. A design of a business trip and the expense report takes not enough time and does not distract employees from accomplishment of the main objectives.
