On September 5, 2019 the SberCloud company (Oblachnye tekhnologii LLC) provided "The mayor's monitor" – a cloud industrial IoT-management system for municipal services which was implemented in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
"The mayor's monitor" in general is the solution which works in a cloud of SberCloud and allows to carry out deep upgrade of management of city services. In addition to profile functions of tracking of operation of the city equipment, "The mayor's monitor" has the built-in management subsystems engineering process: from a stage of deployment and equipping of the equipment before maintenance of all necessary technology transactions during lifecycle of the harvest equipment, told in SberCloud.
According to developers, using "The mayor's monitor" it is possible to set tasks of cleaning of the city, garbage removal, cleaning of streets and roads from snow and also to control their accomplishment. On an informational portal of "The mayor's monitor" operation of the equipment and all means of mechanization – a geolocation, motion speed, a run and load, operation of the equipment is in real time displayed. On the basis of data retrieveds diagrams, charts and analytical reports about task performance form. As an additional tool of works monitoring to "The mayor's monitor" the module fixing citizens' appeals on quality of cleaning is connected.
By SberCloud estimates, the solution "Mayor's Monitor" allows to save up to 40% of fuel costs, to twice increase task performance speed on cleaning of the city and to reduce emergence of non-staff situations due to exact and regular accomplishment of scheduled works to 10 times. Special "blocks of weather" allow to set and change quickly scenarios of cleaning, for example, during the sudden and heavy snowfalls characteristic of the region.
The product is developed together with the Russian producer of the road and utility equipment "Merkator Holding".
