Graduated from journalism faculty of MSU.
She led external communications at the digital agencies of the Dentsu Aegis Network, a Japanese communications holding.
In 2017, in partnership with Dentsu Aegis Network, it launched and headed the B.Bright agency, which was engaged in communication support in Russia and the world of the holding's clients, including Aeroflot, Sukhoy, SCA.
She was the director of marketing and public relations in the subsidiary of Rosatom State Corporation.
2023: Vice President of Rybakov Foundation
Elena Morozova, a member of the fund's board and master of the X10 academy, became the vice-president of the Rybakov Foundation. The company announced this on April 20, 2023.
For seven years, the Fund has been engaged in transformative activities, making impact investments in projects and, more importantly, in people - the Fund has been looking for and supporting leaders through its projects and competitions. Now the search for leaders and their strengthening is becoming a key focus of the fund's activities. Elena Morozova is part of the project ecosystem, and is also a member of the board of the Fishermen's Fund and acts as an integrator for all community participants. Thanks to her experience, the foundation plans to strengthen its position as a trend-votcher in the field of education and broadcast outward the values and approaches that have been formed for years in the project ecosystem of the Rybakov family. Previously, Elena Morozova served as director of communications for the fund, and later became an adviser on international partnerships. Its co-founder Yekaterina Rybakova remains the president of the fund.
