Biography

Kiselyov Vladimir was born on February 25, 1974 in Chelyabinsk.

  • In 1996 with honors graduated from electrotechnical faculty of the Ural state technical university — UPI of S.M. Kirov in "Automation of plants and technology complexes".
  • In 1999 with honors graduated from radio engineering faculty of the Ural state technical university — UPI of S.M. Kirov in "Computers, complexes, systems and networks".
  • 1995-2003: Chief of JSC Turbomotorny Plant bureau

Kiselyov Vladimir Sergeyevich began a labor activity the electronics engineer on Ural Turbomotorn the plant to Yekaterinburg. Held a post of the chief of bureau of System administration where was engaged in the organization of IT infrastructure, development and deployment of automation systems of production.

2003-2006: The director of information technology of Unikom Partner LLC In 2003 Vladimir Kiselyov passed into investment company Unikom Partner LLC where held a post of the Director of information technology. Among the most significant projects it is possible to select development and deployment of a system of biddings in the stock markets in real time with broadcast of quotations with connectors with MICEX and RTS. The organization of the automated work the front - and a bakofisa.

2006-2011: Director of information technology of PJSC Uralmashplant. Since January, 2006 Vladimir Kiselyov passes into industrial enterprise PJSC Uralmashplant to a position of the CIO.

On an extent of more than 5 years at the enterprise projects on automation are implemented:

  • design-technology preparation of production (PDM Intermech implementation) on mechanical, foundry, assembly and welding repartitions,
  • the system of accounting of the actual course of production together with technology, agreements, orders and design structure (the information system TechnologiCS) also on all production repartitions is developed and implemented.
  • the management system for purchases and warehouse stocks based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management is implemented,
  • and also other, less large projects.

2011-2016: Development director of FNK Engineering LLC. In 2011 Vladimir Kiselyov passed into FNK Engineering LLC company to a position of the development director where was engaged in automation of work of the construction organization for the principle of EPC/EPCM to contracts, and further and construction project management (control of schedule performance of works, supply chains, costs, estimated cost and so forth). Under the leadership of Kiselyov, the technique of examination of feasibility of construction projects on the basis of indicators of the Works schedule, supply of materials, costs, volumes of closing, cash receipt, with formation of the diagram of cashflow, possible financial gaps, need of attraction of own, and loan money is developed and implemented. Was engaged in formation of bank feasibility statements for the Russian and international investment organizations under large projects of construction.

2016-2017: Deputy CEO for IT of Kompaniya korporativnogo upravleniya Concern Traktornye zavody LLC. In 2016 Vladimir Kiselyov returned to the sphere of mechanical engineering in the company of corporate management "Tractor Plants Concern" to a position of the deputy CEO for IT and also held a position of the deputy chief executive for IT of JSC Kurgan Machine-building Plant. During work the concept of information systems within holding is developed, reorganization, business optimization of the servicing IT enterprise is performed, the technique, implementation of transition from serial boiler to job order accounting according to requirements of the Ministry of Defence for the enterprises of defense industry complex is created.

2017-2017: Director of information technology of BTK Holding LLC. In 2017 Vladimir Kiselyov passed into BTK Holding LLC where within work the concept of information systems within holding with a full stroke of production of products, the scheme of creation of information models of production divisions of holding is developed. Reorganization of divisions of IT is performed, rules of work of regional divisions in the ITSM ITIL standards are created and implemented, technical support lines are organized, optimization of personnel and salary is performed, implementation of project approach in the field of IT, system implementation of "technical solutions" with the described purposes, tasks, terms and the budget of each information initiative, in order to avoid sporadic multidirectional solutions and acquisitions outside the approved concept of development is performed. 2018: Director of information technology of PJSC Uralmashplant

In January, 2018 Vladimir Kiselyov returned on PJSC Uralmashplant where today in addition to earlier implemented tasks:

  • The concept of design-technology preparation of production from "single-piece production" to "the unified nodes" and implementation of a technique of 150% of design structure, implementation of the principle of modularity of a product, the typified nodes is implemented.
  • The problem of the automated cyclic production planning of capacity of the enterprise promoting making decision on a possibility of production of a unit of production in settlement terms taking into account own machine and personnel resources, resources of external cooperation, delivery cycles of purchased products including with a long cycle of production is implemented (about one year). The task was complicated by impossibility of a support on technology data, owing to mismatch of regulation "hour for an hour" and also inclusion in the production schedule of products without design and tekhnologicheskoyinformation.
