In research and production holding "Delrus" system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complete. The project was executed by Soft Master company.

Implementation of the CRM system is implemented for the purpose of quality improvement of work with clients due to sales process automation. Thanks to integration with the ERP system functioning into the companies based on Microsoft Dynamics AX data exchange between solutions regarding the main reference books and also unloading of requests for shipment, purchase, payment from the ERP solution by agreements is provided.

In the CRM system the unified approach to maintaining the transaction, support of contracts with reflection of all actions, responsible persons and the status of approval is implemented. In the course of work on the potential transaction the specification is surely entered. At selection of products the prices are loaded into the specification, profitability of the potential transaction taking into account the total costs of transportation is automatically calculated. In a system reconciliation procedure of the commercial offer according to the potential transaction, storage of version control, formation of a printed form for the client is implemented.

Besides, means of the CRM solution implement business process of maintaining tenders with the notification of responsibles in key points. Within business process of the tender lots are created, products contact lots. Results of the tender are also brought in a system, according to results of the tender agreements form. On the created agreements requests for the equipment which pass different schemes of a statement form.

The approved request is unloaded in the ERP solution which creates the order with unique number. According to the order purchase of necessary goods, reservation and shipment is executed. All order statuses are unloaded from ERP in the CRM solution.

In a project deliverable the processing speed of requests of clients increased by 15%, the efficiency of managers grew. Thanks to functionality of assessment of profitability of the potential transaction there was a possibility of effective purchase planning of goods, the trend on decrease in warehouse stocks was outlined.
