2011
- May, 2011. Soft Master company released update for the solution Soft Master: 1C of Connector. Due to a release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in March, 2011 the release allowing to use the new version of CRM for integration into different versions 1C was released
- April, 2011. Soft Master completed one of the first implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

- March, 2010. Microsoft registered industry solution of Soft Master for Universities
- March, 2010. Microsoft registered the boxed solution Soft Master Real Estate Solution on the ISV Royalty program

- September, 2009. Soft Master received an award according to the results of the tender Microsoft Dynamics CRM Awards 2008-2009.
