Tasks

Develop the module of integration ELMA and DIRECTUM on the following tasks:

• Creation of tasks from ELMA in DIRECTUM.
• Transmission of messages from ELMA in DIRECTUM.
• At the termination of a task in ELMA the task stops in DIRECTUM.

Result

The BPM-Ekspert command developed the module of integration into the delivered terms and transferred the solution to the Customer. During development business requirements to work with tasks in both systems were considered

• Impossibility of accomplishment of these tasks from DIRECTUM (only from ELMA).
• It is created the magazine of work of integration calls, there is an automatic notification of the Administrator about failures without work interruption.
