History

2010

Since 2010, Mirriko Group implements the new development strategy — transition from simple operations on selection, delivery and dosing of reagents to management of nonbasic processes of the customer in oil production and metallurgy. Mirriko becomes the contractor in project implementation of an end-to-end system of management of chemicalixation in TNK-BP and books complex audit of water management at Vyksa Steel Works.

2008-2009

2008-2009 create the management company of Mirriko management performing function of the corporate center. The directions on an intensification of oil production and increase in oil recovery (Delika LLC) open, development of service for selection and supply of reagents for oil processing begins. In the cities of Cherepovets and Novokuznetsk separate divisions open.

2007

In 2007 the company expands the borders and opportunities. Experienced scientific personnel of Polibent company, with research centers in Moscow and Krasnodar joins it. On the production site in Izhevsk equipment manufacturing for needs of the oil-and-gas industry is arranged. Completely there is one of the best in Russia, a laboratory on NPH. Separate divisions in Samara, Krasnoyarsk, Megion and Noyabrsk open. The company enters international markets: the representation in the Republic Iran opens, promotion of products in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan begins.

2005

In 2005 for implementation of scientific capacity of the engineering center, implementation of their developments in life, the company purchases chemical plant in the 30000 tons per year Almetyevsk. On it there are pilot tests of own reagents and their industrial production. It is marketed, both ready-made products, and active bases.

Since the end of 2005 – the beginning of 2006, the company performs considerable jump in the development. As a part of Mirriko there is a division rendering service of drilling muds, deliveries of pipes of an oil range from abroad begin. Separate divisions in Nizhnevartovsk, Usinsk, Almetyevsk, Lipetsk open, the head office moves to the new building in the center of Kazan. There is an improvement of material and technical resources of the scientific and engineering center, there is a production upgrade. Works on service of drilling muds, PNP are actively conducted, trade works on fields dynamically develop. The company opens own training center on training of engineers of drilling muds and mechanics of the systems of cleaning. The list of customers grows. Practically with each large Russian oil company consist the delivery agreement of products or technology maintenance.

2004

Since 2004 the company begins to invest means in science and production actively. The engineering center which integrated a team of talented chemists and technologists whose task is use and enhancement of the Russian experience and achievements in the oil and gas industry is created. There is a search and development of highly effective high technologies and products and work in product introduction to the oil companies. The priority directions of research works are the reagents intended for processes of preparation and transportation of oil. The groups of implementation, mobile crews ready to leave at any time to the customer, to carry out preliminary laboratory and bench tests, to carry out the analysis of the reasons of the existing problems and to bring to the head center of a task, subject to the solution are created.

There is interest in development, testing and selection of reagents for drilling muds and work on this direction begins.

Same year the company enters the market of service of the water turnover systems.

2003

In 2003, with new forces and the accumulated invaluable experience, the company continues independent activities for creation and implementation of chemical reagents for the oil industry. The office in Moscow is opened. Long-term relations with institutes, domestic and foreign manufacturers are established, new reagents are developed for needs of the oil and gas extraction industry.

2002

In 2002 from one of service organizations, the contractor of the oil company JSC Lukoil, creates joint venture which purpose – production and implementation of reagents of increase in oil recovery for the oil-extracting companies of Russia. The new company quickly gains steam. The enterprise develops, makes, imports and implements the wide list of effective reagents under dealer agreements. Such companies as become the largest consumers of products: JSC Lukoil, JSC Tatneft, JSC MNC, JSC Sibneft, JSC Surgutneftegas. The enterprise achieves serious results.

2000: Creation of the company

The history of Mirriko Group originates on April 14, 2000.

Creation of small chemical production of acetate of chrome, the stapling machine of the water-based polymeric systems becomes the purpose of the young enterprise. The product was used in most the oil companies of Russia, but offered, at that moment, by the only producer. In 2000 at leased capacities to Kazan production will be organized. Within a year the product began to be delivered in JSC Tatneft, and then and in other companies. Effectively organized production allows the company to bypass at the same time competitors and to have good profitability that gives the chance of development. Dynamically developing, the company increases production capacities, the list of partners increases.
