Monitoring sales tax YEW. - The complete solution for monitoring of work of the Territorial information system of the Novosibirsk region
Project implementation allowed to increase quality of work of operators and operation of IT systems due to additional control; make operational and effective investigation of the arising incidents and errors.
Use of neural network technologies when developing services of non-standard video analytics provided the high accuracy of detecting of the facts of the movement, absence and presence of a silhouette of the person at a frame and visual control of jobs. Complex approach allowed to implement as fast as possible and up to standard to provide the high level of execution of the state functions.
Tasks are solved:
- Serviceability check of infrastructure and IT systems, the timely notification of responsible specialists about emergence or a possibility of emergence of failure in work a sales tax YEW is automated;
- Operational connection of new infrastructure facilities and their configuring directly in a system;
- Control of work of operators of the distributed Call center (34 objects) both online broadcasting and record of video from premises of Call centers and also from the automated workplace monitors of operators (105 automated workplaces) is provided;
- Autogeneration of incidents using service of video analytics based on neural network technologies ("absence from work", "decrease of the activity of personnel", "overlapping of the overview of the camera VN", etc.);

As a result of project implementation in Novosibirsk the fundamental solution for storage and processing of raznoformatny project data the Safe and Smart city was designed and brought into operation. The solution has high degree of reliability, performance and scalability, a possibility of use of the equipment of any producer.
Advantages:
- Independence of import equipment manufacturers and software of management, due to use of the unified architecture of servers of x86 which domestic manufacturers, and opensource of solutions can provide;
- The cost of operation excludes costs for expensive support of the managing software in DWH of classical architecture and also expensive support of SAN networks. The costs for support are required by only hardware components of servers and simpler network infrastructure of Ethernet. Support of opensource can be performed by the customer independently;
- Cheap storage of "cold" data volumes from 1 PB (with seamless increase in capacity up to hundreds Petabyte), due to use of "slow" spindle disks and flexible architecture;
- Optimal storage and processing of "hot" data (support of on-line of broadcast of video surveillance systems, accumulation of videoarchives and active work with them);
- A possibility of horizontal scaling by simple adding of new servers with similar disks and also with a possibility of adding of a "hot" pool of the servers given by inclusion with fast SSD disks, in case of need to react to peak demand to storage resources;
- Friendly graphic WEB a control interface of DWH and the built-in monitoring with the notification about events;
- Rapid implementation in the customer's IT infrastructure, efforts of the existing specialists.
