2019: Implementing solution Orlaco

On October 3, 2019 the VIST Group company (enters into Tsifra Group) reported that it implements solutions for ensuring active security of Orlaco on the mining-transport equipment in Pole Magadan company.

Specialists of VIST Group company developed an optimal solution on equipment of mountain transport the equipment of Orlaco company providing safe movement at the mining enterprise.

The Orlaco crash avoidance system consists of a set of the cameras and radars installed on the mountain equipment from which information is transferred to the monitor installed in a cabin. As a result the driver receives visual and sound indication about dangerous rapprochement with objects.

Implementation of this system will allow to reduce significantly the probability of emergence of emergency situations in interaction of the mining-transport equipment and also to increase traffic safety on roads. A system warns operators of the equipment about rapprochement on distance of 30 meters to the mountain equipment, people, boulders, columns and other stationary constructions, and constructions.

The overview of dead bands on the monitor by means of the mounted cameras allows to increase maneuvering level in interaction on one section of the road of several pieces of equipment, on parking shift changes (at a large number of people), especially in night-time and also in heavy meteoconditions.
