The Astrus hotel (the former "Central House of the Tourist") was constructed in 1980 on the project of the architect V. Kuzmin for accommodation of foreign tourists and also official delegations. As of October, 2019 the building has more than 30 floors and 500 numbers, its engineering systems use a set of the organizations tenants: restaurants, fitness center, etc. For hotel guests comfortable conditions are created: they can be engaged in working affairs, without leaving cozy rooms.
