On October 10, 2019 the InStock Technologies company automated a warehouse of Ramensky Confectionery Plant LLC.

Permanent expansion of the range required increase in speed of a goods turnover in a warehouse, the accuracy of accounting of products.

Implementation was required to be carried out to short terms and within the limited budget therefore the methodology Easy start was selected.

Implementation of functionality of InStock WMS was executed in 2 months.

For optimization of storage depending on height a pallet and lot-based signs of goods InStock WMS manages placement of products in different zones.

At product acceptance it is possible to create both the monopallets and mixed on which products with different dates of production are placed.

Some networks require a certain height a pallet, it means need of a perepakovka. As much as possible to reduce time for selection of goods and to exclude errors, the InStock WMS system gives tasks for movement a pallet, the orders needing a perpakovka a zone of selection in advance.

To avoid existence of overdue goods in a warehouse, a system reserves goods with older date of production. However In Stock WMS considers the nuances connected with requirements of different clients, for example feasible constraint on a residual expiration date for the specific partner.
