2020: DVA3221
On November 7, 2020 Synology Inc company. announced release of the structure of NVR with opportunities of deep training of DVA3221, for expanded local video surveillance and analytics. Using the algorithms of deep training DVA3221 accelerated by the graphic processor generates analytical information in real time that allows security service specialists to take necessary actions immediately. Face recognition, calculation of people, detection of vehicles and additional opportunities of the analysis of video allow users to deploy more intelligent solution and to increase security of the environment.
The product line of DVA is constantly improved thanks to a continuous software update. Recently we provided Surveillance Station updating containing several basic functions, such as face recognition, detection of people and vehicles and also possibility of detection of use of a mask. DVA3221 continues to expand borders, supporting accomplishment of bigger quantity of problems of analytics in real time, — Tony Lin, the product manager of Surveillance Station in Synology company speaks |
In DVA3221 expert knowledge of Synology company is integrated in data storage areas and managements by them and the powerful solution for management of video — Surveillance Station. Support more than 7,600 models of cameras, compatibility with the ONVIF standard and integration into modules of input-output and loudspeakers exclude need for a binding to a certain platform or a trademark. At local storage and processing of all analytical data the solution can be completely autonomous, not requiring connection to the Internet, except as specified when there is a need for setup of backup in a cloud or on the remote platform. Surveillance Station does not depend on the platform and supports reproduction and management via popular browsers, clients of Windows and Mac and also mobile applications.
Key features
- Video analytics based on deep training for face recognition, detection of people and vehicles, calculation of people and many other.
- Support up to 32 channels of cameras with six problems of video analytics in real time.
- Intellectual search in the existing video records using such filters as detection of the movement, the absent elements, activity zones, etc.
- Storage of large volumes of materials thanks to four internal compartments 3.5 inches with a possibility of expansion to 14.2
- Simple archiving and backup of the finished shooting material in remote storage location.
- Full ownership data and perpetual licenses. All video records are processed locally, connection to the Internet is necessary only for remote backup and viewing.
Acquisition of a subscription is not required.
2019: Deep Learning NVR DVA3219
On August 1, 2019 the Synology company announced release of Deep Learning NVR DVA3219 — local solution for video surveillance which provides exact results of detection of objects and minimizes impact of factors of the environment on results thanks to technology of deep training. Solution DVA3219 is equipped with the built-in graphic processor NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti which allows to carry out 4 tasks of video analytics in real time and supports broadcasting to 32 video flows at the same time.
We use local video analytics with deep training for ensuring complete awareness on a situation, guaranteeing at the same time confidentiality to our clients. — DVA3219 implements all potential of video analytics in Surveillance Station thanks to its optimization using algorithms of deep training. Michael Wang, the manager on products of Synology Inc company told. |
According to the company, without additional costs on the license users can use a full range of functions of video analytics — calculation of number of people, intrusion detection, control of a zone of activity and exact detection of the movement — and to get access to further software updates of Surveillance Station during all lifecycle.
Other key features of DVA3219:
- the quad-core processor with clock rate of 2.1 GHz and memory of DDR4 with a capacity of 4 GB by default with a possibility of expansion to 32 GB;
- Four built-in ports 1GbE (RJ-45) with support of abnormal switching and aggregation of channels;
- Scaling up to 14 disks with two expansion units of Synology DX517;
- Compatibility with more than 7100 models of cameras of more than 100 famous brands;
- 8 licenses for devices, including licenses for setup of cameras, modules of input-output, controllers of access and devices of transactions.
