Etton Group creates regional GIS of accounting of waste of the Republic of Buryatia

2019: Creation of GIS

On October 11, 2019 the Etton company reported that it started performance of the government contract on creation and implementation of a regional geographic information system of accounting of waste with correction of electronic model of the Territorial scheme of the address with waste, including solid utility waste, the Republics of Buryatia.

Increase in information openness of executive authorities and local government authorities of the Republic of Buryatia and also providing the effective tool for assessment of capacity of the territory of the Republic of Buryatia in the field of the address with waste will become result of works.

At the first stage of works adjustment of the territorial scheme of the address with waste according to the requirements approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 9/22/2018 No. 1130 will be carried out.

Further the territorial scheme will be transferred to an electronic form that will allow to carry out modeling of ecological infrastructure of the region: routes of the movement of waste, volumes, loadings of processing enterprises and places of waste disposal, a rate for the population. On the interactive map data on finding of the origins of waste in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia, the directions and annual volumes of transportation of waste, objects of processing, neutralization, utilization, placement of waste and other data participating in preparation of analytical information on quantitative and qualitative indexes in the field of the address with waste in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia are layer-by-layer visualized. The electronic model will provide carrying out correct logistic calculations and determination of technical and economic parameters of activities of regional operators for treatment of solid utility waste.

The correctness of the carried-out calculations will be checked on public listenings where all interested persons will be able to take the initiative of change of the territorial scheme.

A system is developed by request of the Ministry of natural resources of the Republic of Buryatia for execution of specific provisions of the Federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 458-fz "About introduction of amendments to the Federal Law (89-FZ) "About industrial and consumption waste".
