2019: Implementation of the Automated control system for the Mining-transport complex

On October 14, 2019 the VIST Group company reported that the automatic system of scheduling (ASS) Pit will earn from two Kyrgaysky-Sredny licensed blocks and "Dump Youzhny No. 2 Deep of the North Taldinsky and Taldinsky fields belonging to coal-mining company "Resource". A system represents the distributed structure of collecting, processing, storage and information visualization about location and a status of dump trucks.

System implementation of scheduling is carried out for the purpose of performance improvement of a mining-transport complex, economy of resources and to increase in level of industrial security. In total more than 100 mobile objects, including 40 dump trucks and nine excavators will be involved in a system.

Performance improvement is going to be reached first of all due to use of the module of optimization allowing to direct automatically dump trucks to optimal routes. Automation will allow to make quickly the decision in case of an equipment deviation from a normal operation mode, told the director of separate division of VIST Group, Alexander Bondarenko

At integration into the shortest time without significant additional optimization of the software a system allows to be added increase in productivity of dump trucks, approximately, for 5% and, respectively, to receiving additional products, noted Anton Tymoshenko, the director of production of Resource LLC
