2019: The announcement of a system of intellectual video monitoring for transport
On October 16, 2019 the Ruselectronics company reported that it developed the multifunctional intelligent video system for transport capable to monitor safety of passengers, to control a status of the vehicle, action of drivers and conductors and also to broadcast information on traffic on electronic boards at stops.
According to the company, using intellectual algorithms a system processes information from the surveillance cameras mounted in and outside of the vehicle. Development is capable to conduct automatically calculation of passengers, to distinguish the things forgotten in salon, to control actions of the driver and the conductor. The solution also allows to trace the schedule of transport, its movement on the electronic card and informs passengers on estimated arrival time of the bus through electronic boards at stops. The collected information registers on servers and can be used further for quality evaluation of service of passengers and also investigation of incidents on transport.
The system of intellectual video monitoring created by Ruselectronics differs in wide functionality. With its help the carrier has a complex of opportunities in the field of security, control of personnel, accounting of a passenger traffic. A system is easily scaled and can be changed under requirements of any customers. In particular, this development is already adapted for application in the subway and on railway transport. |
The system of video monitoring works in a combination with the solution for status monitoring of drivers of Antison. At engine start the equipment automatically identifies the driver's person. If and the heads the device determines by its mimicry, the movement of eyes that the driver falls asleep or distracts from the road, then sound and light signals join. Information on a status and actions of the driver is also transferred to the center of monitoring.
At application on railway transport a system is capable to read out signals of traffic lights, to define a status of railroad switches, to distinguish foreign objects on rails and in case of need to initiate emergency brake application.
As an additional option a system can be used for equipment of stationary posts of automatic status monitoring of vehicles before their exit in run. According to the image of the vehicle received using video cameras, the program does the conclusion about existence of damages on a body, operability of the light equipment, readability of the state registration sign then grants permission or will lock on an exit in run.
