Completion of the transaction on Aspiring Minds acquisition by SHL company

On December 3, 2019 the SHL company announced completion of the transaction on acquisition of Aspiring Minds company.

SHL offers the database about human potential in combination with scientifically confirmed technologies of assessment of talents. Having added to the service portfolio the checked tool kit of assessment and interviewing from Aspiring Minds based on artificial intelligence technology (AI), SHL created the transparent solution for the strategy of talents and transformation of personnel.

According to representatives of SHL, advantage of consolidation of the SHL and Aspiring Minds resources consists in understanding of the most important asset in business strategy – people and their capability to be beyond usual business, their readiness for implementation of digital transformation and to achievement of business results over the existing standards.

It is expected that together SHL and Aspiring Minds will be able to offer the global platform which will cover questions of hiring and development of leadership skills of employees and will help the companies to optimize the potential of the commands in the present and in the future and also to build the strategy of talents for ensuring success.

On October 23, 2019 the SHL company announced conclusion of an agreement on acquisition of one of the leading players of the market of assessment – Aspiring Minds company.

From the moment of the basis 11 years ago the Aspiring Minds company developed in high gear, as of October, 2019 her 3,000 clients were among more than 100 companies from the Fortune Global 500 list worldwide. The portfolio of the innovation products Aspiring Minds created on the basis of artificial intelligence technology (AI) includes tools according to talents and holding interviews, simulations according to skills of programming, a video interview and many other things.

Possibilities of Aspiring Minds are combined with the innovation approach of SHL in the field of personel assessment.
